Information on Payments & Returns
Payments
* Payment must be made within 7 days of purchasing your items.
* For international currency conversion, please visit http://www.xe.com/.
* I accept payments through PayPal. This allows anyone with an email address to send money choosing to pay with their credit card, debit card or bank account. All purchases are secure and you can make payments without revealing your credit card number or financial information. If a payment comes to me as an eCheque this must clear before I will send your order out to you (normally within 10 working days).
PayPal is fast, it's easy and it's trusted globally.
* I also accept Postal Orders! (UK only) Please message me to let me know what items you would like, as unfortunately there is currently no way of ordering on the site without paying with paypal. Once you have messaged me i will put the items aside for you and let you know where to send your postal order. Items will only be held for 7 days, if i do not receive your postal order in this time items will be returned to the store. Postal orders are payable to Claire Hall please.
* Postal Orders are the safest method of sending cash in the post. All you have to do is take your cash to the Post Office. They write out a type of cheque and that you then post to me. I then take it to the Post Office and they swap it back into cash. I must receive your Postal Order before I post your item to you. More information on Postal Orders.
Returns
* All the pictures clearly show what an item looks like therefore I can't offer refunds. If there is a problem with your item please contact me as it may be possible to replace your item once it has been returned to me at your own cost.
* Please remember that the photographic process and different screens may cause colour variations.
Caring for your items
*Please take care of your items once you receive them. I am unable to replace items that are damaged due to wear and tear. I do offer a repair service for £2 (sorry, not on pendants or charms). Please return items to me with a £2 postal order or send me your email address so i can send you a paypal invoice. Then please return items (securely packaged please) to :

Please enclose a note with the return address on it and what the problem is you would like me to repair.
*A great way to store our necklaces (especially painted ones) is to hang them on a clothes hanger in your wardrobe amongst your clothes. They won't knock against each other there like they do in a jewellery box!
